If you have one or more of the health conditions and diseases listed, unfortunately, you are ineligible for permanent makeup services offered at One of One Beauty. Please thoroughly read the list to find out if you are eligible for permanent makeup services.

Booking fees are nonrefundable. Please ensure you pass the medical clearance prior to scheduling and paying the booking fee.

Health Contraindations:

WARNING: Undergoing PMU services with one or more health contraindications will put your health and healing at risk.

• Under 18 years of age. Parent/guardian consent is not accepted.

• Pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

• Diabetes mellitus. Excused with valid doctor’s note.

• High blood pressure. Excused with valid doctor’s note.

• Used Accutane within the last year.

• Used Tretinoin or retinoids within the last month.

• Received Botox or fillers 3 months prior to the service date anywhere on the upper half of the face.

• Active skin irritations, sunburns, eczema, rashes, or blisters on or near the procedure area.

• Cancer and/or are currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment, or received treatment within the last 6 months.

• Viral infections, bloodborne diseases, or autoimmune diseases.

• Glaucoma, Hemophilia, or Epilepsy.

• Allergic to pigmentation and makeup.

• Prone to keloids or healing disorders.

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system or healing process.

• Please notify us if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.

• Please inform us of any other medications you are currently taking.
